Gupta Dispute Resolutions LLC provides ADR services, including mediation, arbitration, and consulting to businesses and individuals seeking to prevent conflict, manage conflict, or overcome an impasse in negotiations. In the wake of COVID-19, mediation and arbitration have become necessary dispute resolution options for businesses and individuals rather than “alternatives.” Specializing in disputes involving complex legal issues, GDR mediates and arbitrates commercial and personal disputes and currently offers online mediation and arbitration covering a wide range of practice areas including but not limited to, breach of contract, financial services, securities, real estate , insurance, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, employment, and tort claims. GDR also offers litigation consulting services, including mock arbitrations and negotiation strategies.

Mediation

There are many benefits to mediation, including the ability to eliminate the uncertainty and expense that comes with litigation. Mediation is a voluntary process whereby the parties retain control over the outcome and have an opportunity to negotiate a resolution that meets their specific needs.

Arbitration

Many companies prefer arbitration over litigation because it provides the parties a more streamlined process and faster timeline to resolution. Ms. Gupta has been the company representative responsible for managing high-stakes commercial disputes and understands that each arbitration requires an individualized process and specific attention to case management.

Consulting

There are many ways that companies can take proactive steps to help streamline their dispute resolution processes. From drafting dispute resolution provisions companies can insert into their contracts, to helping companies develop the right dispute resolution strategy once a dispute arises, to serving as arbitrator in a mock arbitration, GDR can help companies find the right solution.
